What is Cardio Conditioning & Strength?
By training with free weights, resistance bands, and body weight, this 55-minute total body conditioning class incorporates an exciting range of strengthening, balance, core, and cardio-conditioning movements that will help to improve your overall fitness.
This class will improve your overall physical strength using major muscle groups. We finish this head-to-toe exercise session with core training and stretching.
