The SPFS (Strength, Posture, Flexibility, and Symmetry) Assessment was created by Karlen Thyne, Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness and Functional Movement Coach, as a result of over 15 years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life.
This structure allows your coach to assess four basic aspects of your body alignment and body mechanics to develop a safe and effective training plan that improves your performance while preventing injuries.
Your training program will be customized based on your goals, your unique body type, your sport of choice, and your assessment results.
During this comprehensive health evaluation, Karlen will assess the following:

Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive report of findings with your results as well as recommendations to optimize your health and performance.
