When will you be ready to prioritize your health?

How do you get ready for anything? Every day, you get ready for work. You get ready for your meetings, other commitments. You just get ready.

Now imagine if you were planning to run a race. How do you get ready for that?

How would you get ready for an accident, an illness, disease, pain, cancer? Humm, strange question, right? The thing is, you don’t. Sadly, those things happen and you have no choice but to be ready.

Now consider this, how do you get ready for the opposite? Not an accident but a well-planned event, not illness but health, not pain but pain free, NO cancer? If you really could get ready for those things, would you?

I gave a seminar at the Health & Wellness Expo in FL a while back. My title was: Uncover 3 secrets to reclaim your health with food.

Almost every single person in the audience took my gift and contact information. One person specifically scheduled a complimentary Reclaim your health session with me. She booked it right then and there. She filled out my pre-call survey and indicated that her health is in POOR state and that she needs this and is 100% committed.

The next Tuesday I called her, and she did not pick up the phone. I double checked the number and called again. I left a message and told her that if she wanted to call me back in the next 10 minutes or so, I would keep that slot open for her.

I emailed her to follow up. A day or so later she wrote me back apologizing for not answering the phone and said:” I am so sorry, but I am not ready for this, as much as I need this. I can’t afford it.” First, did I mention this call was FREE?? More importantly, how did she know she could not afford me, when she didn’t even talk to me to find out how much it would cost?

I recall this woman; she was very overweight, and she stood out in the crowd because she was the 1^st to get up and sign up for that session. I have done this long enough to know when someone REALLY NEEDS my help. I have no apologies for wanting to make time to help more people. I define my life’s mission by helping people who reach out. But I do get a heavy feeling in my chest when someone tells me those 4 words: I am not ready.

How can you NOT be ready for your health?

If you were at the edge of a cliff and your only option was to fall down that cliff few hundred feet OR grab onto the very first thing you can reach to stay alive, would you even to think for a second: Am I ready? NO you would grab onto whatever there was to save your life and stay alive.

It has been eating me up inside that some of you THINK you are not ready.

Let me tell you this, I have heard this, and I do hear this all the time and I am sure I will again. You DON’T Get ready for your life or for your health. YOU ARE READY.

If you stay ready, you don’t have to GET ready for anything.

So, get into the mindset of READY. Train your brain to BE READY.

Look, my life’s mission is summarized in helping people achieve their optimal health and be disease free and pain free. What makes me different from all other health experts?

I am poised, I am present, I am READY to serve YOU. I want to understand YOU. And I want to tell you that no matter what, you MUST be ready for your health just as you would on that cliff hanging on to dear life.

I don’t want you to be hanging on the edge of that cliff wondering if you are ready.

Above all, I am SO extremely blessed to be healthy, pain free and in the best health possible, and I LOVE how I feel, and I want you to feel what I feel. That is how I am different. But let me tell you the truth, I was not always this healthy, I had to work at it and I had to work really hard. I set my mind one day that I AM READY FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE TO BE AMAZING, PAIN FREE AND I WILL PUNCH ILLNESS IN THE FACE EVERY TIME BECAUSE I AM READY.

So, I ask you today: Are you READY? I am.
