Play Back Monday- My Doctor said: Everything in moderation is ok!! REALLY??

Hearing this comment has the same effect on me every time: it raises my blood pressure and if you happen to be near me, you will see the expression on my face and let me tell you, it is NOT a pretty expression at all.
