Many athletes ask me: what are your thoughts about fasting exercise??

Many who are trying to lose weight ask me: is fasting exercise a better way to lose weight?

Many others have difficulty eating before exercising because they are not accustomed to having a full stomach. Others need more time after a meal to exercise. 

Finally, nowadays, there is also a hype about fasting/ intermittent fasting in general. 

These are all great questions and very interesting topics but there are about 20 different online recommendations for each, many of them very contradictory.
