What is Power Pulse Dynamics?

Ignite your fitness journey with our 75-minute strength and cardio conditioning group training! Unleash your inner powerhouse as you sculpt and strengthen muscles while elevating your heart rate for an exhilarating cardio boost.

Led by an experienced trainer, a competitive athlete, and a professional bodybuilder, this dynamic session combines the best of both worlds, delivering a high-energy workout that leaves you feeling empowered and ready to conquer any challenge. Elevate your fitness game, one powerful move at a time! This class is for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

A combination of weights, bars, bands, bikes, rowing machines, and other equipment gives you a diverse and challenging training session in a group.

This 75-minute session is followed by an optional 15-minute functional stretching inspired by ancient yoga movements.

What will you need:

  • Comfortable workout gear
  • Water bottle
  • A yoga mat is highly recommended
