Cardio Conditioning & Strength Class

By training with free weights, resistance bands, and body weight, this 55-minute total body conditioning class incorporates an exciting range of strengthening, balance, core, and cardio-conditioning movements that will help to improve your overall fitness.

Spin & Strength Class

Every class is different and will have a specific focus: Strength, Hills, Speed, Endurance, Pyramids, and more. This high-energy class starts with 45 minutes of cycling, followed by 30 minutes of strength off the bike using various equipment, including bands, dumbbells, and others.
