Fitness Classes

A punch pass must be purchased before attending a class. Reservations are required.

Spin & Strength Class

Every class is different and will have a specific focus: Strength, Hills, Speed, Endurance, Pyramids, and more. This high-energy class starts with 45 minutes of cycling, followed by 30 minutes of strength off the bike using various equipment, including bands, dumbbells, and others.
