What is Spin & Strength?
This class is designed and led by Dr. Laleh: a multi-sport athlete, competitive bodybuilder, and avid cyclist with over 17 years of experience in teaching and training cycling in a group and private settings.
Every class is different and will have a specific focus: Strength, Hills, Speed, Endurance, Pyramids, and more. This high-energy class starts with 45 minutes of cycling, followed by 30 minutes of strength off the bike using various equipment, including bands, dumbbells, and others.
NOTE: Punch passes may be used for ALL DNA classes.
